Our service starts with our fully staffed office, you can almost guarantee a friendly voice to answer the phone. The office staff is here to answer your questions, schedule service, and make appointments. We have four fully stocked service vans staffed with highly-trained technicians dispatched daily and can almost guarantee we will have the parts and knowledge to get your system up and running at the first visit. All service and installation crews are equipped with call phones, allowing them to be in constant contact with the office. In 2004, Turf Unlimited constructed a brand new facility in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. This location puts us in the heart of our service area so we may better service our customers. In 2006, we added Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to all our vehicles allowing our office to expedite your request and become more efficient at the outstanding service we provide. These on hand resources allow us to respond to your needs within 24 to 48 hours.
